Devastation, lies, deceit.

An ancient evil returns.

Enter a world ablaze with fire, where ancient dragons soar amidst the wrath of vengeful gods, and a father’s insidious hunger for power eclipses all else, casting a somber shadow over his forsaken child. Within this forsaken realm, the air thickens with the stench of death and ruination, ensnaring her in its grasp.

Driven onward by a fervent love intertwined with an unyielding longing, she navigates through desolation, her path shrouded in dark enchantments that threaten to consume her very soul. In this harrowing tapestry, where desolation reigns and malevolent forces weave their wicked webs, she stands as a solitary figure, torn between the survival of her own fragile existence and the desperate struggle to avert ten thousand years of abysmal darkness that looms over all.

Battles of yore remain etched upon the fabric of time, their echoes reverberating through the ages, while the ancient witches, thought banished, rise once more from their slumber. Yet, amidst this landscape of treacherous machinations, the seeds of betrayal find fertile ground to sprout anew.

Delve into the enigmatic labyrinth born from the visionary mind of the acclaimed author of Gateway, where illusions dance with reality, casting sinister shadows upon the world. Brace yourself for a descent into a realm of unrelenting gloom, as Mists of Time unveils a tale of grim high fantasy that will chill your soul.

Ogburn Charles throughout his life has been a decorated veteran of the armed forces with over twenty years of service, helped people through emergency medicine with fourteen saves in his career, and is just a genuinely all-around nice guy.

Drawing from his extensive travel while serving, he saturates the reader into places he has seen as well as the ones that live within his imaginative mind.

He now spends his time loving his wife, furry children, and writing. When others read his books they seem never able to predict how it will end, until it does.
