Melisa P. Waterloaf is an adventurous, fun-loving, and very imaginative young girl. She and her best friend, Suzy, spend hours playing, riding bikes, dancing and singing, and having adventures that usually come with lots of excitement but sometimes can get them into trouble. Join the girls as they take their imaginations for a ride in an old green truck that is parked in the Waterloafs' driveway. The girls find themselves in a bit of a "pickle" as things don't quite go as planned. Sit back and buckle up for a ride that is in and out of control!
Kay enjoyed a thirty-year career in education as a teacher, instructional coach, and principal. Now retired, she spends her time writing, gardening, exercising, attending sporting events, and spending as much time as possible with family and friends. She has a son and several nieces and nephews. She is an avid Dodger fan and proudly cheers on her alma mater, the University of Utah.
