Most people think that managing a fast-food restaurant is as easy as washing dishes in a leaking sink – you just have to know how to plug the leaks. Willard Moore took a job opportunity to train to become a fast-food manager. In the process he learned what the term “in the weeds” means and why it aptly applies to the restaurant industry.
