Harris and Sloth

Harris is really wanting to make a new friend. You would think that might be an easy thing to do, but have you ever tried making friends with a sloth? Harris comes up with some fun ideas like a party, music, and picnic, trying to get the sloth to come down from the tree, but nothing seems to work. He is determined to make friends with the sloth and has worked to coax him down all day! It's getting late and Harris is exhausted and frustrated. Rhonda Rice was born in the state of Wisconsin, where she raised her three children and is now enjoying the time spent with her grandchildren, as well. She lives in an old house for which she attempts most of the renovation by herself and with the help of family and friends. A lot of time is spent in her large backyard gardening, bird watching, and tending to her chickens. She would often make up stories and songs when she was pushing the children on the swings or getting them settled for bed and decided to put the stories in a book.
