Bumbling through his way to “bee,” Bellamy’s diversity leads him on a doubtful journey of ultimate courage and self-acceptance, opening a world of opportunity in all that he can “bee.”

Jeannie Cronin is a semi-retired multi-medium artist. A native of Monterey, California, she currently resides in the Central Valley. As a mother, grandmother, and once-upon-a-time childcare provider, her love and appreciation for the word art of poetry drove her to explore the efficacy of communicating valuable life lessons to children through fun and memorable rhyme.

A very sweet story with fun cadence and rhymes throughout. My three year old loves the story, the artwork, and the message. Message spoiler: Bellamy the bee learns that it is okay to have different wings from all the other bees and that he can fly just as well when he works up the courage to try.

Jeannie, beautiful job. Great story and message. We are all different. This story tells children that’s ok to be different and to love ourselves just as we are. Loved the artwork too!!
