William Gotten is a lifelong Memphian, born and raised in Memphis. A graduate of Washington and Lee University and of the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law, he practiced law for 34 years in Memphis, specializing in Debtor/Creditor relations and Bankruptcy law. This is the sequel to his first book Right of Survivorship.
