Wendy Jodry lived in Monroe, Michigan, during her early childhood, where her parents, grandparents, aunts, and uncles lived. Her grandmothers and aunts were involved in historical heritage projects in this city. She lived in the Toledo area throughout her school age and college years and is married and lives in the foothills of North Carolina. This is her first book.
