Pieter J. van Eeden

Pieter Johannes van Eeden was born on 26 December 1987 in Bloemfontein, South Africa, into a middle-class household. He is of Icelandic and Dutch descent. He completed high school in 2005 and earned his medical degree in 2010, becoming a medical doctor. Since 2014, he has been in private practice. He began working on Pirates’ Pyrexia: The Seekers after finishing high school. From early childhood, he has been fascinated by the sword and sorcery genre, pirates, and the sense of freedom embodied by the ocean.
