Kaspar Truninger was born in 1945 and grew up in Basel, Switzerland. He has been married to Thérèse Truninger-Brechbühl since 1970. They have two adult daughters and six grandchildren. During his career as an international sales manager, he traveled the world. Since 2005, he has been caring for his beloved wife, who was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s in December 2004. Since 2011, they have been living together in Thailand.
