Teresa Ryckman lived in Ontario, Canada all her life. Throughout her childhood years, she was bullied by other children in her school. She is a survivor of spousal abuse and though her life endured a lot of painful moments, she always believed: “What gets you down, makes you stronger!” In believing that, she became more determined and focused on getting the most out of her life. She started writing, expressing all her feelings and emotions on paper to share with others and to let others know they are not alone and to never give up because your life is worth fighting for.
