Steven Mason was for many years a proofreader and copy editor for several New York law firms. He has contributed articles to classic film magazines and culinary journals, and he and his wife Evelyn Banker have collaborated on a cookbook which features Indian-American cuisine.Evelyn Banker’s many careers include master chef and culinary author, instructor and lecturer. She has written articles for culinary journals and authored a cookbook. She is also a certified yoga teacher and an expert gardener.
