Stella Rousaki

Stella Rousaki was born and raised in the island of Crete. She has a bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences (class of 2011) and a master’s degree in Νeoplasmatic diseases (Medicine school, 2015). She then studied acting at the Vasilis Diamandopoulos Drama School in Athens (class of 2018). She also studied acting on camera with the internationally renowned director Pandelis Voulgaris and attended acting seminars with Andreas Manolikakis, Eleni Scotti, and others. She participated as an actress in six stage plays and had a guest role on a Greek television series. She has written five stage plays and a script for a short movie, candidate for local and international film festivals. Her first writing attempt was the stage play White Reality which performed in Athens in 2018. She then wrote The Spectacle of Time (2020) which is a play based on the life of American author, Tennessee Williams, and has not been yet published. In 2022, she wrote the play When the Clock Stops Ticking which was chosen to partake in ‘off-off’ Theatre Festival of Athens.
