Patrick Rahming
Patrick Rahming was born in Nassau, Bahamas on 3 July 1944, the first child of Osborne “Ank” Rahming and his wife, Nora Louise (later Nora Dorsett). He left home for McGill University in 1964, and after a wonderful time in university life, he returned to the Bahamas to practice architecture. Two marriages yielded six wonderful children, all now successful adults. For his work in architecture, music, theater, and literature he has been declared a National Treasure of the Bahamas. His second wife, Marilyn, passed away in 2021.
