Alicja Patey-Grabowska

Alicja Patey-Grabowska, born in Warsaw, graduated from Warsaw University in Polish Philology. She is a well-known polish woman poet, writer, and critic. She made her debut in the year 1969. She has published 16 books of poetic collections, many books for children, two satirical political dramas, many articles about polish women poetry, and a book about Warsaw women poets.

She received the title of Dame of Poetry and became honorary professor at Accademia Araldica Universale la Crisalide, Catania, Italy, in 1998 and received medal Gloria “Artis” from Ministry of Culture in Poland in 2023.
