Nyle Monismith taught in the public schools of Central Pennsylvania for 40 years. He has a master's degree in elementary education and taught fifth, sixth, seventh, and eighth grades. This is Nyle's first children's book and is based on real-life experiences. Nyle is retired and lives in Carlisle, Pennsylvania with his wife, Janice.
