She lives on Vancouver Island, with her husband Doug. She has two adult children, who also live on the island, and a cat, Ginger. Her beautiful island environment makes it easy for her to sit back and write. She has worked in many fields, but writing has always been her passion. However, she does enjoy gardening of all types, especially growing her own fruit and vegetables.
