Arthur F. Manfredi Jr.

Dr. Arthur F. Manfredi, Jr. had an extensive career in research and analysis on S&T issues for several US Government intelligence offices—including the Central Intelligence Agency, the National Security Council, the National Intelligence Council, and the Office of the National Counterintelligence Executive. His work was devoted to technical and policy analysis. He undertook and managed numerous research projects, many of which integrated external analysis into final products. He managed large analyses related to military S&T, Net Technical Assessment, ballistic missiles, space systems, and advanced conventional weapons.
