Kathy Christensen has been a teacher for over forty years. She has experience as a classroom teacher, reading intervention teacher, reading coach, and district literacy specialist. Kathy is currently employed as an Associate Professor of Elementary Education at Ave Maria University where she enjoys working with future teachers. She also trains current teachers as an elementary school consultant, as well as teaches writing to their students.
