Eric Humphrey

Eric Humphrey attended St. John’s College in Santa Fe, majoring in mathematics and philosophy. He then served in the Peace Corps, in Botswana. He earned an MA in economics and American foreign policy at the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS). While in Washington, D.C. he worked on Capitol Hill. Later he earned a second MA and a PhD from the University of Chicago in political science. He is the son of Viola F. Cordova, an Apache (Dindeh) writer.


Dwight Semler was the Bradley Fellow of Law, Economics and Politics at the University of Chicago Law School, the executive director of the Center for the Study of Constitutionalism in Eastern Europe, and the executive editor of the East European Constitutional Review of the University of Chicago and New York University. He holds degrees from Harvard University where he was the Foster Brooks Parriott Fellow and the University of Chicago, where he studied European history, political theory, and Russian history. In addition, he has studied at Haifa University, Israel and the Plekhanov Economics Institute, Moscow.
