Mary Anne Holly

Growing up in Michigan, Mary Anne is originally from the Metro Detroit area. She received a pharmacy degree from Wayne State University and embarked on a professional career as a staff pharmacist in Detroit hospital settings. After a visit to her grandfather’s homeland, Mary Anne fulfilled a bucket list goal by completing her first novel, The Eye of Sicily. Ancestral research of her Sicilian roots inspired the storyline for the book, tracing the footsteps of her great-grandfather from a coastal fishing city in Sicily to the streets of America. Mary Anne currently lives with her family in the Green Bay area of Wisconsin.
