Kurdt Greenwood
Kurdt Greenwood is a naturalist, conservationist, survival expert, and animal behavior specialist with over 20 years of hands-on experience working with wildlife across Africa and beyond. Raised on a South African game farm, he learned early skills from indigenous trackers and his grandfather, later studying wildlife management and conservation at Pretoria University. His career has taken him from managing Africa’s largest private zoo and leading lion breeding programs to hosting the Discovery series Deadliest Snakes of South Africa. Having worked with lions, hyenas, cheetahs, elephants, snakes, and countless other species, Kurdt has dedicated his life to understanding animal behavior. In recent years, he has focused on helping people and their dogs, serving as consultant for Always Faithful Dog Training, one of America’s largest franchises. Through writing, training, and speaking worldwide, Kurdt continues to bridge the gap between humans, animals, and the wild.
