Don Moore was born in Montreal and graduated from the Montreal Graphic Arts Technical Foundation in 1979. His talent and dedication led him to Nova Scotia that same year, where he worked in Graphic Arts for an impressive 36 years. Don received the Nova Scotia 2001 Woodland Owner of the Year award for sustainable forestry practices and was featured in forestry books. His exceptional talent in wood art has been showcased through commercials and television and has been acknowledged with the prestigious Master Status by Nova Scotia Art.
