Sandra Cole is a Registered Nurse and International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant with decades of experience in neonatal intensive care and lactation support. She has worked as an RN in NICUs in both Canada and the United States and served in multiple IBCLC roles across the U.S., supporting thousands of families in providing human milk for their infants. An award-winning advocate for late preterm infants, Sandra shares her expertise through writing, teaching, and international education. Although retired from clinical practice, she continues to advance evidence-based breastfeeding care and empower mothers through knowledge.
