Charles P. Palmatier-Maynard has worked in several LGBTQI+ organizations and social groups, his article on the Marvel Comics Super-hero Northstar’s coming out in 1992 in a NY local LGTBQI+ newspaper was picked up by a National LGTBQI+ magazine. He is a huge comic book and horror fan, as well as a follower of many mythologies including Norse, Greek and Roman. He currently lives in the Western New York area in Buffalo, NY with his husband, Richard. Charles and Richard continue to volunteer for several charitable organizations including several LGBTQI+ organizations and social clubs.
