Carol Wahlenmayer spent her career as an English and writing teacher in Western New York schools. She is the mother of two adults who make her feel optimistic about the future of a troubled world. Four grandchildren call her Grandmoo. She is the author of several articles published in children’s magazines and professional journals. She lives in Florida and spends her summers in her native Western New York.
