Rod Boggs

Rod Boggs grew up in Los Alamos, New Mexico. He attended college at the University of Colorado, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology. His emphasis was in hard-rock mining rather than soft-rock exploration for oil because the geography of the mountains was more to his liking than the flat areas where most of the world’s oil is to be found. The position of Exploration Geologist in the Tayoltita area of Western Mexico was his first job upon graduation from college.
