Troy Bobbitt is a retired Supervisory Border Patrol Agent who served over 20 years with the United States Border Patrol. During his career he worked as a field agent, a K-9 handler, and as a supervisor of field agents on both the southern and northern borders of the United States. As part of his duties the author was involved in the local management of federal grant programs and interviewed prospective candidates for the position of Border Patrol Agent.
